Bourque Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated company serving the Cape Cod area since November, 1986. Our office and repair shop can be found in Hyannis, at 30 C.I.T. Avenue, off of Airport Road. We service all makes of residential and commercial air conditioning and warm air heating, as well as commercial refrigeration for our HVAC clients. High quality work and dedication to excellence earned us a dealership for Lennox brand products for the Indoor Air Quality, new construction and replacement equipment markets.

Our service department offers 24 hour emergency service, as well as scheduled repair and maintenance work between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Mon – Fri. Overtime rates apply after regular business hours, with double-time for Holidays. Maintenance contracts are available for seasonal upkeep and evaluation of HVAC/Ref systems. Service records and equipment data files are maintained for Contract customers. In most cases, payment is expected at time of service. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

The installation department offers top-notch warm air heating, central air conditioning, humidification/dehumidification, air purifying, fresh air ventilation, zoning, rooftop packaged HVAC units, sheet metal ductwork and air balancing, and ductless minisplit systems. Walk-in coolers and freezers, unitary refrigeration and ice machines are also available. A full line of thermostats, carbon monoxide detectors, and indoor air quality products compliment the superior product line of Lennox equipment. Temperature alarm phone dialers are on hand for the “snow birds” who fly south for the winter and leave their homes unattended.
